IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The AHFE 2017Preliminary Program (technical sessions and rooms) are subject to change. Technical Sessions will be held on Wednesday, July 19, Thursday, July 20, and Friday, July 21, 2017. Registered participants are encouraged to attend all three days.

If there is a conflict, or you have presentation information changes (title, author, country, etc.), please contact the Conference Administrator immediately with presentation ID number, time/day conflict or title/co-author revision: ahfeadmin@ahfe.org

Requirements for Making Posters

Posters will be displayed Friday, July 29, Saturday, July 30, and Sunday, July 31, 2016. Posters must be removed by the end of each day/session they are scheduled to be demonstrated. Posters can be positioned starting on Wednesday, July 19, 8:00 a.m. and removed by the last poster session on Friday, July 21, after 12:30. Poster demonstration sessions will be at the times shown below.

For inclusion in the conference proceedings, publication and poster sessions in the final program,
a unique registration of at least one author or co-author per poster is required by: March 10, 2017.
